About the Role SalesRabbit is looking for a driven Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you aren’t just a 'setup tech' - you are a teacher and a strategic guide. You will own the critical first weeks of the customer journey, taking new clients from 'signed' to 'fully adopted' through structured onboarding motions, expert product training, and resource creation. We are looking for someone who loves to teach. Whether you have a background in SaaS implementation or a history in education/training, your goal is to translate our platform’s capabilities into business value for our customers. You will conduct discovery to understand their needs, run training sessions over Zoom, and create lasting educational content (videos/articles) to help them scale.
