About The Position

About the Role SalesRabbit is looking for a driven Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you aren’t just a 'setup tech' - you are a teacher and a strategic guide. You will own the critical first weeks of the customer journey, taking new clients from 'signed' to 'fully adopted' through structured onboarding motions, expert product training, and resource creation. We are looking for someone who loves to teach. Whether you have a background in SaaS implementation or a history in education/training, your goal is to translate our platform’s capabilities into business value for our customers. You will conduct discovery to understand their needs, run training sessions over Zoom, and create lasting educational content (videos/articles) to help them scale. Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of experience in Customer Service, Education/Teaching, or Administrative roles.
  • A 'Teacher' Mindset: You can explain complex ideas simply.
  • Remote Presentation Proficiency: You are comfortable leading discussions via Zoom/video conferencing and can keep remote audiences engaged.
  • Content Creation Skills: Experience creating customer-facing help resources, such as training videos, help center articles, or documentation.
  • Platform Proficiency & Aptitude for Learning: You are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating web and mobile apps (iOS/Android); you are skilled at picking up new technologies quickly
  • Excellent Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
  • Location: Ability to work a Hybrid schedule from our Lehi, UT office.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • Experience using a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Experience creating help articles or training videos.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Platform: Become a SalesRabbit product expert so you can answer customer questions with confidence.
  • Lead Training: Conduct onboarding sessions via Zoom to show new customers how to use the app and configure their settings.
  • Customer Setup: Help clients import their data and set up their accounts to fit their specific sales workflows.
  • Ongoing Enablement: Reach out to existing customers to assist with ongoing training needs or new feature adoption.
  • Create Content: Help build our library of support articles and tutorial videos to make learning easier for our users.
  • Collaborate: Work with our Sales and Support teams to ensure customers have a smooth transition after they sign up.
