Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states. The Onboarding Coordinator keeps the people engine running at DelRicht; supporting the full employee experience from onboarding through offboarding while keeping our systems, documentation, and processes organized and accurate. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who loves supporting people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to learn HR from the inside while helping leaders and teams succeed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of previous work experience, ideally in an administrative or customer-service setting, preferably within HR, operations, or another people-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Management, or other related field of study.
  • Strong general computer literacy, including demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Apple products, and the ability to quickly learn and support new software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maturity: Proven judgment and professionalism when handling confidential, sensitive, or private information.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills; serves as a professional and positive representative of the HR team. This individual will partner with all departments across the organization.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple timelines

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the initial contact for all HR inquiries, delivering a positive employee experience that reflects our core values and culture.
  • Facilitating a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for employees
  • Maintain oversight of benefits administration, including benefit presentations, submit benefit enrollments and changes, and assisting with Open Enrollment operations.
  • Provide IT and online system support by managing Google user accounts, oversee company accesses, coordinating equipment inventory, and supporting with daily troubleshooting procedures.
  • Supporting company documentation and compliance processes.
  • Support talent acquisition team through special projects, meeting documentation, and interview operations. Support with resume review, interview scheduling, and interviewing during high-volume recruiting efforts.
