Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Good judgement and problem solving skills using critical thinking
  • Ability to work in fast paced & high volume environment
  • Highly motivated self starter
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing regulations and guidelines
  • Motivated to achieve results
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of reporting/analytics experience preferred
  • Experience in the transportation industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly Onboarding Compliance reports
  • Develop and maintain individual scorecards for the Onboarding Compliance Specialists
  • Work on special projects, as needed
  • Responsible for completing monthly OCS quality control checks
  • TenStreet liaison
  • Manage the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) processes ensuring that pre/post adverse action correspondence is sent in accordance with federal law
  • Respond to requests for previous employment verifications from other motor carriers
  • Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce
  • Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives and participate in such discussions by offering input and advice
  • Regularly engage remotely and in-person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport, open communication and expectations
  • Monitor all paid verifications for drivers
  • Other duties as assigned
