Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Power BI
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
Good judgement and problem solving skills using critical thinking
Ability to work in fast paced & high volume environment
Highly motivated self starter
Ability to quickly adapt to changing regulations and guidelines
Motivated to achieve results
Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

2+ years of reporting/analytics experience preferred
Experience in the transportation industry preferred

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly Onboarding Compliance reports
Develop and maintain individual scorecards for the Onboarding Compliance Specialists
Work on special projects, as needed
Responsible for completing monthly OCS quality control checks
TenStreet liaison
Manage the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) processes ensuring that pre/post adverse action correspondence is sent in accordance with federal law
Respond to requests for previous employment verifications from other motor carriers
Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce
Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives and participate in such discussions by offering input and advice
Regularly engage remotely and in-person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport, open communication and expectations
Monitor all paid verifications for drivers
