About The Position

At Centria Healthcare, we provide private duty nurses and home health aides to support pediatric and adult patients who need medical care in the comfort of their homes — proudly serving families across Michigan. We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people to support our clinical and field-based teams through the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Background in HR, recruiting, customer service, or healthcare administration
• Familiarity with compliance processes or medical terminology
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire paperwork and credentialing requirements
• Communicate with healthcare professionals about licensing, certifications, and training
• Track compliance with state, federal, and payor regulations
• Assist with audits and maintain up-to-date personnel records
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal teams and external partners
