Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Comfortable following processes and handling responsibility
  • Problem-solver with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Vietnamese or Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide candidates through the testing process
  • Proctor exams and ensure a secure, professional environment
  • Answer calls and assist with questions or issues
  • Provide calm, helpful customer service (even under pressure!)
  • Work with your team to improve the testing experience
