$16–$19/hour | Monday–Friday | Afternoon / Evening Shift (4:00pm - 10:00pm)

We're hiring a Onboarding Agent / Testing Proctor / Customer Support to support candidates through their exam experience-from check-in to completion. If you're reliable, friendly, and love helping people, this could be a great fit for you.

Location: Sandy, UT (in-person role)
Must be able to commute or relocate before starting

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide candidates through the testing process
• Proctor exams and ensure a secure, professional environment
• Answer calls and assist with questions or issues
• Provide calm, helpful customer service (even under pressure!)
• Work with your team to improve the testing experience
