Reporting to the Vice President Customer Service and Marketing, this position oversees the onboarding of accounts to ensure the accuracy of customer processing requirements and related account information within the Order Management System. Provide direction and assistance as needed to support operations as assigned to include, but not limited to the following: Enter customer data into Order Management System, using customer specifications. Setup of new accounts for Supplies product line. Answer phones and submit orders from inbound phone calls as back up to other processors. Compile data and other tasks as assigned being accountable for accuracy and timely delivery of assigned work. Filing and maintaining files, copying and mailing of correspondence and packages. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. Directly and indirectly supervise employees which include but limited to: Interviewing, hiring, and training employees. Planning, delegating, assigning and directing work. Administering time and attendance policies, coaching and appraising performance. Rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
