The Site Technical Support Analyst provides on-site and timely end-user computing support—including software, hardware, and network assistance—to all US Chemtrade locations. This position requires regular travel to support local business units, assist with the coordination of IT infrastructure projects, and address site-level issues related to end users, Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and firewalls. PLEASE NOT THIS POSITION REQUIRED FREQUENT TRAVEL WITHIN THE USA. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE YOU TO TRAVEL OVER 200+ DAYS A YEAR.
