About The Position

AdeptHR is Hiring an On-Site Supervisor! AdeptHR is seeking an experienced On-Site Supervisor to serve as the key liaison between our client and our on-site associates. This position is responsible for supporting workforce operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing associate performance, attendance, and engagement. The On-Site Supervisor helps relieve client supervisors of labor-related administrative responsibilities while maintaining a smooth, performance-driven, and quality-focused work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of previous supervisor experience
  • At least 1 year of staffing industry experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required (Spanish fluency strongly preferred)
  • Must demonstrate longevity and stability in work history (no frequent job hopping under one year per employer)

Responsibilities

  • Fill and service client orders efficiently through interviewing, hiring, and placing temporary associates
  • Identify qualified associates through AdeptHR’s recruiting process to maintain an inventory for current and future client demands
  • Conduct recruiting activities when required by client contract
  • Provide follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders
  • Attend account planning and forecasting meetings with client management
  • Monitor arrival times and attendance to meet daily headcount needs
  • Serve as the primary communication contact for associates on assignment
  • Troubleshoot workforce and performance concerns with client supervisors
  • Conduct associate orientation on client policies, procedures, safety, and training
  • Supervise temporary associates and provide coaching, counseling, and documentation utilizing AdeptHR technology
  • Monitor production and quality efficiencies and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Perform associate evaluations and ongoing performance reviews
  • Maintain and audit recordkeeping for client and associate files
  • Implement award and recognition programs for attendance, safety, and performance
  • Respond to all Workers’ Compensation claims immediately when reported
  • Ensure employees are offered medical treatment on the date an injury is reported
  • Complete all required Workers’ Compensation documentation within 24 hours
  • Communicate regularly with AdeptHR Risk Management, medical providers, employees, and clients regarding work restrictions and status updates
  • Conduct daily floor walks to monitor productivity and evaluate workplace safety
  • Complete safety walk-through checklists and submit daily to the Risk Coordinator
  • Partner with AdeptHR Human Resources on complaints, investigations, accommodations, and other HR matters
