Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred
At least 2 years of logistics or supply chain management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
Demonstrated time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and carriers
Demonstrated understanding of the supply chain; ability to identify and mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain
Strong freight optimization skills
Ability to analyze data and trends
Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
[Trailer] yard management preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations at various USPS locations across the country, with an emphasis on the Greensboro facility
Ability to travel to various USPS locations as requested by Supervisor / Company management
Help manage schedule of and communication with subcontractors / carriers
Help lead coordination with USPS personnel
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards at facilities
Perform other duties as assigned
