Kyndryl is seeking an exceptional Executive IT Support professional to lead and manage a dedicated team providing high-level technical assistance to our executive team. This role involves overseeing the support provided to both on-site and off-site executives through remote takeover or phone, ensuring seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of videoconferencing equipment, print, and general IT equipment through their team. They will also coordinate and support large videoconference events, both on and occasionally off-site, such as Board meetings, Earnings calls, and Investor Days. This is an on-site role and will report to our offices in Midtown Manhattan. It will require business travel up to 5-10%. Key responsibilities include managing ticketing, overseeing escalation of critical issues, and collaborating with numerous stakeholders. The candidate will also oversee local site hardware support, including print, video, and IT accessories through their team. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to deliver outstanding support to our executives.
