Requirements

  • A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in a sales role, with a verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and close a high-value pipeline of qualified inbound leads and prospects. You will be responsible for navigating more complex deals and managing a robust sales cycle.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, conducting in-depth needs assessments and presenting sophisticated accounting and tax solutions to high-potential clients.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced sales representatives, contributing to the overall success and development of the team.
  • Develop and execute advanced sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed aggressive individual and team KPIs.
  • Expertly manage client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service that fosters long-term partnerships and referrals.
  • Utilize and master our CRM system and other sales technology to analyze data, forecast sales, and optimize your performance.
