About The Position

Provide exceptional communication skills by answering incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, ready to uncover their needs and schedule a consultation with a product expert. Ensure accurate entry of all appointment and customer information into the CRM system. Make outbound calls to potential customers to follow up on various initiatives.

Requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills (talk and type simultaneously) with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Expertise in overcoming objections and solving problems.
No prior call center experience required!

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
Uncovering customer needs
Scheduling consultations with product experts
Ensuring accurate entry of appointment and customer information into the CRM system
Making outbound calls to potential customers to follow up on various initiatives
