About The Position

What You'll Do Be the face of our brand - visit bars and restaurants regularly to keep relationships strong and spirits high (literally). Introduce new products, promotions, and ideas that help customers grow their business - and yours. Plan and execute strategies for each account with creativity, precision, and a touch of flair. Lead staff trainings and education to turn bar teams into brand believers. Utilize promotional materials to make products pop - think table tents, signage, and bar kits. Host wine dinners, attend tastings, and be the go-to expert on what’s trending in the industry. Manage orders, track inventory, and monitor stock levels like a pro. Partner with credit teams and follow up with customers to keep everything running smoothly. Stay informed on local market trends and competitors - and use that intel to win. Handle the details: reports, pre-plans, route lists, and follow-ups. What We Value Top-notch communication, organization, and negotiation skills. A passion for the wine and spirits industry - and a deep understanding of how it works. The ability to balance independent hustle with team collaboration. Strategic thinking and the confidence to ask for the sale (and overcome objections like a champ). Experience with business finances, pricing, promotions, and product analysis. Tech-savviness - apps, reporting tools, and mobile sales platforms are part of the gig. A polished, professional presence with a flair for presentation and storytelling. What We Expect From You High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred. 3–5 years of sales or industry experience (distribution or on-premise preferred). Wine and spirits certifications like CSS, CSW, or CWE? That’s a big plus. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
