As an On-Site Office Administrator you will… Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area) Verify time-cards, confirm missing punches, update time-card information Walk in new hires and/or interviews Process new hire badge requests Put together write-up information and issue write ups as needed Update various data trackers with candidate information Assist with invoicing issues as needed Gathering interview feedback from managers as needed Assist contractors with conversion paperwork Terminate contractors if recruiter or manager are not available Communicate updates to management on compliance issues or needs regarding contractors Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience Let’s talk money at Aerotek! Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
  • Verify time-cards, confirm missing punches, update time-card information
