About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join our ON MOUNTAIN maintenance team! Applicants must have a strong work ethic and basic mechanical skills along with a friendly/positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. Must work well as a team and have strong communication skills. Position is responsible for the general upkeep of all on mountain buildings including Lift/Vehicle maintenance shops, restaurants, bathrooms, lift shacks and snowmaking facilities.

Requirements

• Must be a strong skier or snowboarder to access all on mountain locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous maintenance/construction work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain all exterior condition on all ON MOUNTAIN buildings
• Maintain all interior components and ensure they are functional.
• Monitor and mitigate any excessive snow accumulations on buildings for structural integrity and safety concerns
• Communicate with all team members on pending projects and repair status
• Work with outside contractor for any out sourced projects
• Consistently following through with projects and tasks assigned by supervisors
• Establish and maintain inventory of needed parts/equipment
• Perform annual preventative maintenance on all on mountain building and equipment
