On-Demand Front Desk Associate - Corporate Fitness
About The Position
Kinema Fitness is a premium fitness center operator that provides on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the country. We pride ourselves on creating an absolutely incredible atmosphere for our members that is built on the highest levels of customer satisfaction, member engagement, program innovation, and performance. Kinema Fitness is seeking an On-Demand Front Desk Associate to assist in the operations of a high-end corporate fitness center in East Aurora, NY on an on-demand basis. We are seeking an individual that has strong communication skills and a love and passion for wellness. The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is able to cover front desk shifts for the General Manager and Fitness Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CPR/AED certification
Responsibilities
- Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, that is tailored to the needs of the members and client.
- Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks.
- Registering prospective members and assisting them.
- Providing information on classes and availability
- Handling questions regarding memberships
- Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times, and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Fitness Center.
