About The Position

Support Sales Activity – Create quotes and proposals when needed. Communicate ETAs with salespeople to keep customer scheduling updated. Organize meetings between sales and operations for complex projects. Manage Daily Dispatch – Take ownership of scheduling and dispatching routes. Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and efficiently while maximizing team productivity and resource allocation. Safety and Compliance – Create and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and leading weekly safety training. Contract Management: Work within company systems to manage and ensure the accuracy of customer contracts. At times this will require working with company AR and finance teams. Load, Deliver & Install Equipment: to a variety of customer sites for emergencies or scheduled events, sometimes requiring long drives or overnight stays.

Requirements

  • Experience – 1+ years of experience in operations, dispatch, or a leadership role in HVAC, mechanical, or service-based industries (or 1+ year experience as Field HVAC technician)
  • Dispatch and Scheduling Skills – Proven ability to manage dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer demands and team productivity goals.
  • Customer Service Skills – Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
  • Organizational Skills – Highly detail-oriented and expert multi-tasker.
  • Tech Proficiency – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.
  • Safety Focus – Understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
  • Clean Driving Record – Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving history.
  • DOT Medical Card: The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
  • A Desire to Grow: Strong desire to deepen your expertise in contract management and branch management, HVAC service, and leadership responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is a plus.
