About The Position

Responsible for managing unit turnover processes, including conducting move-in/move-out inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance with housing standards. Assists with administrative and fiscal tasks; organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Job performance will determine continued employment for the following semester.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communications skills.
  • Work well with others.
  • Able to communicate well in English.
  • Highly self-motivated, organizational skills, and task oriented
  • Responsible and trustworthy.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Able to properly use a computer, phone, copy machine.
  • Able to work 19 hours Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm.
  • High School
  • 3 Months of General Work Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior office skills/experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Must be team oriented and possess an “upbeat / can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts check-in, check-out and routine inspections.
  • Ensures resident compliance with housing standards.
  • Provides prompt, professional response and follow-through regarding resident inquiries, problems, and complaints as it relates to the condition of the unit or building.
  • Maintains accurate occupancy records.
  • Updates and maintains property condition reports by conducting walkthroughs.
  • Maintains inventory of storage spaces
  • Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desk top computers.
  • Provides customer service in person, email or by phone, greets visitors, and resolves routine questions or issues following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Attends weekly training meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
