The Monitor position provides excellent customer service to parking customers by answering incoming calls from local parking locations. This position provides assistance to customers entering and exiting garages and providing general parking information. Assist guest, valets, and monthly parkers, with entry and exits into and out of garages when the help button is pressed in the lane. Direct communication with Field and Ambassador Staff for events, incidents, and equipment issues. Monitor camera surveillance and parking systems in all area parking garages, and lots. Test garage and elevator intercoms and manage garage space counts Answer general questions about ticket fees, on-street parking hours, and events over the phone.
