Howard Center is required to collect SUPRT data on a set sample of our clients as part of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant. We are seeking staff to assist in the collection.

Requirements

• Employed at Howard Center
• Clinical experience and/or extensive experience with navigating electronic health records systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact identified individuals
• Conduct a semi-structured interview
• Record responses and upload responses into database
