About The Position
The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. Shifts Available: On-Call | shifts vary as needed | Days vary as needed | Hours vary as needed Starting at $15.87 Hourly commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements . Depending on what shifts you are asked to work: Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years course work and 2 years training / experience or 2 years’ lived experience
- Must attend CPI training.
- Must assist with de-escalation as needed.
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
