The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. Shifts Available: Full Time: 32 Hours Per week: 11:00pm-7:30am Starting base pay at $15.54. Hourly commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements . Depending on what shifts you are asked to work: Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years course work and 2 years training / experience or 2 years’ lived experience
• Must attend CPI training.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
• Provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served.
• Assist with de-escalation as needed.
