About The Position

The Office of Residence Life at Santa Clara University seeks a motivated, detail-oriented, and values-driven graduate student for a JASPA Summer Internship focused on organizational systems, administrative operations, and student leader formation. This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a large, mission-centered residential life program functions at a Jesuit institution. The intern will support department-wide initiatives that strengthen clarity, consistency, and sustainability across Residence Life operations. Rather than being assigned to a single residential area, the intern’s work will impact the entire department, making this an ideal opportunity for a graduate student interested in residential life administration, systems design, training, and student affairs leadership. The intern will work closely with professional Residence Life staff and members of the leadership team, with opportunities for collaboration and relationship-building across campus partners.
