Are you a dedicated nurse with a passion for providing compassionate care? AdvisaCare is looking for qualified On Call Hospice Nurses to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our Hospice Team , you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to those in need.

Requirements

• Current state RN License in good standing
• Previous experience in hospice care is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families
• Willingness to participate in field visits and attend weekly meetings
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and conditions while on call

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls
• Conduct patient visits
• Perform tuck-ins
• Manage admissions as required
