Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse to support our Independence hospice team. This role is essential to delivering timely, skilled, and meaningful end-of-life care in patients’ homes—exactly when they and their families need it most. Requirements
- Missouri RN License or Compact License
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently in home settings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High-level organization, time management, and emotional resilience
Nice To Haves
- Hospice nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
