About The Position

We are growing and looking to add a few drivers to do dealer trades from Valley Truck Centers locations as needed. You will be responsible for driving vehicles from one Valley location to another Valley location. This is a 1099 position, paid by job, first to contact/ on call. This is a flexible schedule.

Requirements

Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license

Responsibilities

Uses good judgment and safe driving skills. Immediately report any incidents.
Keeps a timely route.
Keeps vehicle inventory in safe and operating condition when performing trips. Returns inventory safely to either dropping off or pickup dealer
Operates cell phone to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers or errands and destination or pick-up point.
Work with Chase driver/ other drivers on long haul runs or short haul runs
Maintains a Drivers License in the State of Ohio, and a moral, ethical standard of driving
Responsible for maintaining back up of trip to provide to accounting
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
