We are seeking an On Call CNA to join our independently owned and operated national agency. SYNERGY HomeCare offers our CNAs: Competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour depending on experience Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules Employee recognition and bonus programs As on-call staff you must be available 8a-6p M-F and every other weekend. You must be available to go to a shift within an hour of when the office needs you. You would fill in where staff has called off, are on vacation, or are awaiting permanent staff.

Requirements

18 years of age
Obtain High School Diploma
Obtain a Valid Drivers License and a vehicle
Obtain Auto Insurance
Pass a national background check
At least 1 year experience with caregiving professionally

Responsibilities

Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Provider personal care to clients as needed
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
