About The Position

Audacy BOSTON is on the hunt for dynamic, engaging communicators to join our team as a part-time On Air Talent! Are you passionate about music, a pop culture maven who’s tapped into what’s trending online, and know what’s important to Bostonians? We’re looking for someone who can connect authentically with our audience on-air, across social media, at live events, etc. If you’re an energetic personality who knows how to entertain, inform, and engage in a way that feels real and relatable, then we want to hear from you! This is a pipeline posting. We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our dynamic team. Requirements

Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills
Strong knowledge of all music, popular culture what’s topic for the stations target demo is a must
Familiar with FCC guidelines

Nice To Haves

Experience with Wide Orbit, Vox Pro, Adobe Audition is preferred
At least 2 years on air experience is preferred but not required
Passion and enthusiasm is a must

Responsibilities

Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence
Protect the station’s FCC license
Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift
Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly
Operate the control board and perform production work
Other duties as required by management
