About The Position
WANTED: Entertaining and opinionated sports media personality to host 2 DMV-focused shows on YouTube: Ravens Rundown (47,000 Subscribers) & Commanders Report (51,000 Subscribers) on a full-time basis from Chat Sports HQ in Dallas, TX. Chat Sports has continued to rapidly grow to become a leading sports media brand on YouTube. We started with 3 shows in 2019 - now we're at 49 shows and 60 million+ monthly viewers, following the recent launch of 7 NFL shows. Our goal is to inform and entertain - delivering unfiltered sports content for the most passionate fans of each team we cover. We're gearing up for an epic 2026 NFL season and looking to hire an On-Air Host with regional focus: owning 2 of our strongest team-focused shows: Ravens Rundown and Commanders Report. You'll be the face on YouTube breaking down every game, free agency chaos, draft steals, and locker-room drama - delivering multiple videos per day that keep subscribers glued and notifications exploding. This isn't some sleepy desk job. You'll be in our brand-new, 11,000 sq ft downtown Dallas HQ working in one of our 16 production studios cranking out videos that rack up millions of views. We're all-in on live energy, late nights, weekends, and turning football Sundays into content goldmines. Location: This is in-office only at our Dallas, TX HQ. Weekend and evening hours are non-negotiable during the NFL season. We'll fly in out-of-towners for auditions, but no relocation package is offered.
Requirements
- You're a walking NFL encyclopedia: current rosters, historical deep cuts, offseason madness (free agency frenzy, draft war rooms, cuts, trades...you name it)
- You've already hosted podcasts, YouTube, radio, or TV - comfortable riffing live, no teleprompter crutch, with charisma that pops off the screen
- You have legit, consistent social media skills - building buzz, engaging fans, and owning your voice in the DMV football scene
- Ravens purple and/or Commanders burgundy run through your veins (or at least you can embrace it convincingly while staying brutally honest)
- You're a self-starter who thrives under pressure, grinds weekends/evenings (especially Sept–Feb), and brings positive, relentless energy every single shift
- Highly organized, reliable, and ready to level up in a fast-moving, no-excuses environment
Responsibilities
- Own the camera as the host and star of Ravens Rundown and Commanders Report.
- Team with your producer to brainstorm killer scripts, graphics, and segments that make every show feel electric and binge-worthy
- Film multiple videos per day (live, on-demand, and social/shorts): breakdowns, reactions, bold predictions, debates, and whatever wild storylines the offseason/DMV throws at you
