About The Position

As the Sales Operations Senior Specialist, you will provide operational expertise and input on decisions to drive business strategies forward with direct accountability of the holistic operational plan while balancing day-to-day business needs with more strategic activities. You will work cross-functionally with our Sales Operations, Field Leadership, Category Merchandising, IT, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance and other respective business groups. You will support the Sales Operations leadership team with end-to-end operational ownership of one or multiple business needs. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 2 years of retail leadership or management experience
  • 1 year of cross-functional influence and partnerships
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Teams

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of project management experience
  • 1 year using Best Buy systems and technology (Symphony, Tyler, Feedback Tool, etc.)
