Dermalogica is seeking a strategic, Sephora-savvy Omnichannel Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across Sephora US, with an emphasis on creating connected consumer experiences that span digital, in-store, app, and sampling channels. This role will partner closely with internal cross-functional teams and Sephoras merchant, marketing, and media teams to maximize brand visibility, elevate storytelling, and drive conversion across every shopper touchpoint. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in omnichannel/digital marketing, retail strategy, or digital brand activationpreferably within the prestige beauty industry and with a deep understanding of Sephoras platforms and priorities.
