Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years of strong background in business project management, stakeholder engagement and process optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BMS) or MBA (Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels, across multiple functions in digital, marketing, and human channels.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges, develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the omnichannel project management of human channel Sales distribution. This includes planning and coordinating with Senior Sales Leaders, Digital and Marketing Teams, Sales Enablement, and OGC partners to activate human channel strategies for prioritized Personal Investor products and services (e.g. Cash, Advice, 529s).
  • Leads and manages projects within the human channel as part of Personal Investor's New Client Early Tenure Program. Partners with Digital and Marketing partners to deliver a fully integrated Client and Crew experience.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating key project updates, resolving roadblocks and influencing decision-making.
  • Proactively identifies project risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Tracks key project metrics, prepare detailed reports and provide leadership with data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Provides expert recommendations on critical business challenges, ensuring timely resolution of escalated project issues.
  • Leads organizational change management initiatives, training teams on new processes and ensuring seamless adoption of business strategies.
