About The Position

Free People is seeking an Omni Operations Coordinator that will have the primary responsibility of assisting with operational functions including onboarding & training new entry level hires, being the Buying Operations Team liaison, reporting and other new initiatives. The Omni Operations Coordinator will support driving the Free People wholesale and retail businesses. The role will partner with the Buying Team to ensure accuracy of inbound purchase order data, inbound reporting details and product quality issues that result in outbound processing delays. The Omni Coordinator will partner with the Sales Team to provide up to date visibility to meet monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • New hire system training and system training documentation.
  • Participate and co-lead buyer refresher training.
  • Support Purchase Order Assistants with training, refreshers, and best practice tools
  • Reporting supporting for the Buying Operations and Inventory Operations Teams
  • Own weekly forecast evaluation for inbound goods and transfers for the DC/ Supply chain teams to ensure they can accurately plan labor to complete tasks.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to adjust based on actual in-month business changes.
  • Manage all goods coming from the wholesale channel into retail stores from PO management, shipment, tracking and delivery.
  • Be brand support for the company PIM program.
  • Be the liaison between the Buying Team, Distribution Centers (DC) and Accounts Payable to solve Purchase Order (PO) related issues including overages, shortages, receipt discrepancies, etc.
  • Coordinate quality control checks that come from Direct & Wholesale Customer Service Team , Buyers and Production with the DC to investigate and resolve by returning stock to vendors, sending goods out to be re-worked, reticketing, etc.
  • Managing Import Production POs, Style Feed and ASN Reporting to ensure all wholesale setups are accurate and timely
  • Partnering with IT, Buying & Production to resolve any issue.
  • Manage Wholesale to Retail/Direct Transfer Reporting and Follow-up. Including Shortage management, Priority PO Review & Communication with the Inv Ops team
  • Manage Wholesale Price Reporting, Including Reconciling Incorrect Pricing and partnering with Buying and Buying to Correct.
