We are currently looking for a Project Management/Process Improvement Intern to join our Infection Prevention Center of Excellence (IP COE) team for our summer 2026 program, which will run May 18 - July 31. You must be willing to work at least 2 days/week at our Center Valley, PA office (note: Olympus does not provide relocation assitance or stipends). This is a full-time opportunity involving 35-40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $22.50. Experiences that grow you—and your career. You will contribute to our mission by helping your department complete key projects.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
  • Must complete two (2) years of undergrad before the internship begins and graduate after the internship ends.
  • Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work well within a team and independently at times with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in program management for Education and Training to ensure adequate training of our customers
  • Standardization of the project management best industry standard practices with the use of AI and available tools/templates
  • Additional ad hoc IP COE projects and project management-related support of IP COE initiatives related to infection prevention.
  • Collaborating with your supervisor and team to complete role-related assignments and projects.
  • Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.
  • Engaging in other duties, as necessary.
