About The Position

All OIT student workers are required to work on the Service Desk. The Service Desk takes calls and responds to email from students, faculty, staff, and outside sources, and prepares work orders for both technology and facilities requests.

Requirements

  • Must speak and write English clearly.
  • Must be a current ULV student.
