This is a meaningful role at our main hospital campus since you will be a vital member of our organization and team. Come join us! Role Overview: Repair, replace, maintain, and install all parts of physical plant machinery and equipment (e.g., heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems,). Work includes, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, mechanical, and light carpentry throughout the facility. Respond to customer requests and personal observation for all building maintenance tasks. Assist plant operators in preventative maintenance, repairs and new installation tasks. Repairs or replaces plumbing systems. Actively maintain inventory to ensure that you have the vital supplies to perform the duties and responsibilities. Respond to emergency situations during normal business hours while performing on-call duties.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills to include preventive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine the best course of action for repair.
  • Proficient in basic digital literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
