About The Position

We're seeking an exceptional Offsite Events Program Delivery Manager to join our comprehensive meetings and events program for a premier technology client. As an Offsite Events Program Delivery Manager at JLL, this dynamic role demands a customer-obsessed professional who can masterfully orchestrate end-to-end event management services across multiple business units worldwide, while leading a global service delivery team. You'll drive excellence through a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that spans time zones and cultures while working with both internal and third-party service delivery teams to oversee every aspect of event execution-from initial venue sourcing and contract negotiations to group travel coordination, website development, and meticulous financial management. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail as you'll monitor compliance with standard operating procedures while ensuring your expertise delivers flawless event planning and execution at every step for every customer. You'll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence through the implementation of global program standards, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering world-class events while upholding the highest service standards in the industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of meetings and events management or hospitality experience with 2+ years of meetings operations management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating implementation for global service delivery
  • Intermediate to advanced user-experience with common Meeting Management technology (Cvent, Stova or equivalent) for comprehensive event management
  • Customer-obsessed professional approach with ability to masterfully orchestrate end-to-end event management services across multiple business units worldwide
  • Keen eye for detail with ability to monitor compliance with standard operating procedures while ensuring flawless event planning and execution
  • Experience working with both internal and third-party service delivery teams for comprehensive meetings and events program delivery
  • Ability to act as first point of escalation for customer service issues with track record of resolving and converting challenges into solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field or equivalent experience with Third-Party meeting management vendor/agency experience
  • Experience working on or part of offsite corporate meetings and events with experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple teams with strong written communication skills
  • CMP (certified meeting professional) or other industry certification with Strategic Meetings Management Program (SMMP) experience in Third Party or buyer role
  • Business Travel experience with knowledge of venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and group travel coordination
  • Experience maintaining and strengthening third-party vendor relationships with ability to foster customer obsessed environment across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Offsite Meetings & Events Service Delivery Manager in management of day-to-day execution of services by the Offsite Service Delivery team
  • Ensure the Offsite Service Delivery team understands culture, vision and customer expectations for seamless execution of services supporting business goals
  • Act as first point of escalation for customer service issues/escalations while tracking, resolving and converting into solutions as key collaborator within JLL client leadership team
  • Execute project-based work within offsite services vertical acting as Subject Matter Expert while ensuring all standard operating procedures across third-parties are updated and consistent within regions
  • Maintain and strengthen third-party vendor relationships on behalf of client while driving and implementing operational standards, training and highest level of customer services
  • Foster customer obsessed environment while continuously reviewing procedures and policies and recommending improvements and updates
  • Oversee every aspect of event execution from initial venue sourcing and contract negotiations to group travel coordination, website development, and financial management
  • Drive excellence through diverse team fostering collaborative environment that spans time zones and cultures for global service delivery excellence.
