About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bindery Operator to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in bindery operations and possess a proven ability to operate a range of machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with 30-minute lunch

Requirements

2 years of bindery or related experience preferred.
Proficiency with bindery equipment such as stack cutters, collators, and creasers.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in operating stack cutters, collators, creasers, and other bindery manufacturing equipment.
This position requires the ability to work overtime, which may be requested during peak production periods or when deadlines must be met.
Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
