The Office Trainer manages the activities involved in the preparation, delivery, and assessment of training and development programs for Wachter NSP/RTO Departments. This role consults with internal clients to address requests, creates and manages training initiatives and programs for New Hire Orientation, Project Management Core Training, Technology/Delivery Specific Training, and works alongside the Wachter University coordinator to develop and manage virtual learning content for office employees. The Office Trainer is responsible for training in a job-specific area, along with focusing on teaching specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for talent development, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to train and coach within a high-paced environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • College education / degree highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the client’s environment.
  • Highly proficient with use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional public speaking ability.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Adhere to all Wachter Policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the process of developing training curriculum and delivery for the programs listed above.
  • Assist with creating / maintaining course curriculum and content.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with facilitators, operations, and training managers to; ensure a World-Class program for training and development.
  • Act as liaison between HR/Staffing and NSP when new office personnel are hired – ensuring workstations are in place and crafting a training plan for the new hire.
  • Generating project management documents – install guides, sign-off docs, checklists, etc.
  • Collaborate with our LMS Administrator to create curriculum and training modules for computer-based learning.
  • Follow up periodically with trained personnel to ensure knowledge is retained, and put into practice, and identify areas for improvement in the content and delivery.
  • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
