About The Position

As a member of the Corporate Partnerships Team, you will play a key role in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. This position is responsible for generating significant revenue and brand value through the cultivation and stewardship of new corporate partners. Success requires a highly collaborative approach with internal stakeholders to consult, strategize, align, and implement initiatives that deliver shared value—driving results for businesses while advancing outcomes for children. In this role, you will focus on engaging prospective partners by prospecting, building pipelines, holding partner meetings, and contributing to the overall business development strategy and corporate partnerships team goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in fundraising, sales, marketing or promotions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and gain the respect of various constituencies including senior corporate executives and decision makers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of brand and cause marketing as well as business development.
  • Proven track record as an effective communicator and negotiator.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and work well in a team and with those from other countries and cultures.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Experience in working for or with a domestic non-profit , INGO or humanitarian organization.
  • Comfort working in a highly matrixed organization and with complex partnerships.
