Essential Duties Coordinate domestic employee and guest travel, including travel calendar management, itinerary development, travel arrangements, and tracking of travel schedules and related documentation. Support the planning and execution of internal and external meetings and events through venue and vendor research, contract coordination support, and hands on logistical assistance during event execution. Manage administrative tasks including mail processing, shipping coordination, record maintenance, and schedule tracking to ensure operational efficiency. Assist with auditing and reconciling monthly travel and entertainment expenses and maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and expense documentation. Communicate proactively to manage deadlines, expectations, and updates while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exercise discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.
