Under the general direction of the Office Services Supervisor II, the Office Technician (OT) (Typing) serves as the Court Clerk in the Workers Compensation Division, performing a wide range of the most difficult clerical duties. In that role, the OT evaluates a variety of incoming legal documents and correspondence using the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS). The incumbent will also provide assistance to the Disability Evaluation Unit (DEU), the workers' compensation judges, and court personnel. Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for hours in the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) per month.
