About The Position

We’re looking for a part-time Operations Support /Office Support professional to support our FIFA World Cup 2026 project through July 31, 2026. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations organized as we scale teams, manage complex logistics, and deliver staffing and operational support across multiple markets. This is a fixed-term role working 2–4 days per week and is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-visibility event environments. Position Summary The Operations Support / Office Support role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for this project. This position works closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and project leadership to ensure internal processes, documentation, and coordination run smoothly. The role supports onboarding, systems, scheduling, and office operations while helping maintain organization and consistency across the project.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations support, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and shared systems or tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, reliable, and self-sufficient working style.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office and operational tasks to keep the project running efficiently.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination, documentation, and system access.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and internal documentation.
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking processes as needed.
  • Coordinate internal calendars, meetings, and communications.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment orders, shipping, and basic logistics.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal operational questions and route issues appropriately.
  • Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and escalate as needed.
  • Support Operations, HR, and leadership with ad hoc requests and reporting.
