General Summary Do you enjoy variety in your day, working with people, and supporting efficient operations to keep parks running smoothly? As an Office Support Clerk Senior with Oakland County Parks and Recreation, you’ll be the first friendly face visitors see and the go-to support for front line staff. This role is a chance to contribute to the success of parks and serve the entire community. What You’ll Do: Provide front desk reception by unlocking doors, greeting and directing visitors, answering phones, and receiving packages. Support Groveland Oaks campground reservations, check in and operations by ensuring staff follow procedures. Follow up on information needed by patrons, Parks staff or the Administration. Support parks staff and operations by coordinating with emergency responders as needed or requested.
