About The Position
The Office Specialist role will be primarily responsible for supporting the daily operations of Saks Global’s Alterations division in the National Repair Center.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (ex., Word, Excel, etc.) and/or Google Suite (ex., Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime hours as business needs may require
- Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively both on a team and independently
Responsibilities
- Client & Brand Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, managing end-to-end communication regarding repair lifecycles, cost approvals, and service inquiries.
- Logistics & Workflow Coordination: Oversee the full inbound and outbound supply chain for repair inventory, ensuring seamless movement between stores, brands, and service centers.
- Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous quality control inspections on all finished products to maintain brand standards and ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Data Integrity & Systems Management: Maintain high-level accuracy in repair records and CRM systems, overseeing data validation, shipping logistics, and formal case closures.
