As an Office Specialist, you will provide essential administrative support to the assigned program or department. You will greet and assist clients and visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and connect them with the appropriate staff in a professional and welcoming manner. In this role, you will maintain health records in accordance with federal and state guidelines and the agency’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance. You will also deliver professional customer service to clinical and administrative staff, clients, visitors, and vendors.
