The Office Specialist is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of a multi-faceted home health agency to ensure smooth and efficient office operations and good patient relations. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services, and Regional VP of Clinical Operations, as well as staff, referral sources, vendors, and outside resources. The specialist will assist in the coordination of care, ordering of medical and office supplies, and managing patient referrals.
