About The Position

The Office Services Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting the on-site services team and providing other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates will have great customer service skills, mail/shipping receiving and facilities experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Position Details: This direct hire role is full-time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events). Business professional dress code and standards are required. Requirements

  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
  • Reception,hospitality, facilities and event support
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Sort/scan mail and documents with high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
