About The Position

Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties for multiple departments while providing a high level of customer service and support. Maintain accurate account of all open, closed and canceled files in the file room, basement and offsite. • Prepare incoming mail for scanning and prepare outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter. • Process file copy request ensuring documents are accurately copied and files returned to original state. • Process requests made at the file center for files in a timely and professional manner; ensure all files are logged in and out of the file center in a timely manner. • Distribute incoming mails and prepare outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter. • Provide administrative services to fellow employees by prepping checks and denials for mailing, copying documents, getting office supplies and kitchen supplies. • Perform general maintenance of office equipment.
